I love reading Sheryl Sandberg's"  book "Lean In".

Sheryl is Chief Operating Officer at Facebook and was previously on the Board of Starbucks, and Vice President of Global Online Sales and Operations at Google.

In December 2010 she gave a TED speech titled "Why we have too few women leaders" - you can watch the video here for free.

In 2013 Sandberg released her first book, Lean In: Women, Work, and the Will to Lead,  It is about business leadership and development, issues with the lack of women in government and business leadership positions, and feminism.

This is a funny, informative book for women - and MEN! Being authentic and speaking the truth, mentoring and many more topics are covered.
