In this session we will start with a short informal networking session - buy your own lovely tea or coffee at the bar.

Non-Members of NiS+ are welcome to attend one Boardroom Brainstorm to experience the buzz!

In the Boardroom session, we will work on each other's businesses by brainstorming  solutions to business challenges. If you have a specific issue about any aspect of your business, the group will come up with suggestions and ideas that will give you a new perspective.

Not only will you come away with new ideas to apply in your own business. The process of brainstorming the issues raised will develop your own 'business brainpower'!

We will be introducing ourselves and then brainstorming each others' business issues to come up with helpful solutions, suggestions and unbiased feedback.  We'll be broadly following Edward de Bono's 'Thinking Hats' process, with a sprinkling of Ecademy's boardroom rules - more about that tomorrow!
Please have a few thoughts about a business challenge or opportunity which you are facing at the moment which you'd like us to 'brainstorm' with you. If you haven't got one, that could perhaps be an issue in itself!
I'm currently looking into an online meeting application we may be able to use to have 'virtual' meetings, in addition to our regular 'real-world' meetings. Again,  like every aspect of NiS+. these will be totally optional - it's a pick'n'mix product!
I'm also going to record some screencast tutorials showing you how to enhance your My Page profile to make it more effective.
