I am running a 'Playful' experience afternoon for all, on Saturday 23rd September, we will explore ways to -

• Create more playfulness
• Improve mood and outlook
• Relax
• Develop deeper connections with self, friends and family
• Respond powerfully to challenging events
• Increase creativity
• Reduce anxiety
• Learn ways to build up a daily practice
• Be joyful with life

This 2-hour workshop has been designed for all, a collective conscious of fun.

The big WE versus ME! (Bernie DeKoven)

We will explore practical techniques that can be used anytime and anyplace to create more 'space' for you. It will be interactive, fun and informal.

To get the most from this session you will need to set an intention to find a quiet place to sit each day to practice and then play!
