In this presentation Anne will give you vital tips she’s gathered in 20 years of completing these documents - ranging from one page overviews, online government procurement processes, ITTs, PQQs and those dreaded lengthy documents that go on longer than the unedited version of War and Peace. She’ll also give you advice on what happens next – how to approach your follow up presentation when you get through to the next stage (after wowing them with your new improved documents!).

About the speaker:
Having originally trained as an accountant Anne moved into the marketing and business development “dark side” fifteen years ago and has worked for numerous accountancy and legal firms of varying sizes ever since. She has a passion for bringing strategic marketing and business development advice to smaller regional firms to allow them to compete effectively against those firms with in house teams. As an accountant an important part of planning is having a GREAT reporting structure in place to make sure clients can establish whether their efforts are generating results.
