 llenging events\r\nIncrease creativity\r\nReduce anxiety\r\nLearn ways

 ur workshop has been designed for all, a collective conscious of fun. 
  The big WE versus ME! (Bernie DeKoven)\r\nWe will explore practical t
 echniques that can be used anytime and anyplace to create more 'space'
  for you. It will be interactive, fun and informal.\r\nJust book below

  need to set an intention to find a quiet place to sit each day to pra
