NEW Project SurreyWISE bringing Digital Confidence to Women in Surrey - FREE!

Though my networking, and taking over what was the Ecademy business networking group in Croydon, organising Tweetups in Redhill & Reigate and Croydon ,I've kept in with my business network even though I haven't been working since having my second child over three years ago.

As I was thinking about returning to work and what I would do with my business Get Better Coaching,  I came across the SurreyWISE project. Founded by Penny Power, OBE originally behind the Ecademy networking site, herself from Farnham, this project is perfect for me.

I'm able to run some FREE training!  It's only for Women in Surrey, sorry guys - the reasons are clear from the funding by the Equal Opportunities Office in the lack of confidence Women have digitally.

My course will be Weds mornings in Nutfield on dates from mid-Jan to the beginning of March and form 6 x 2hr workshops including the basics of how to use/get onto Twitter, Facebook & LinkedIn.  If you don't know me you'll normally find me on Twitter, I also previously have run Twitter and Facebook courses, provided talks on using LinkedIn for business and am behind the Social Media for Purley Festival which is now a pretty large local summer festival.

The SurreyWISE training is funded by Surrey County Council via the Equal Opportunities office to up-skill women digitally.  The course is ideal if you are thinking of starting a business, or returning to work after a break, or run a small business and would benefit from using online marketing. 

APPLlCATIONS CLOSE soon and though I'm way over-subscribed some people can't do the dates, or don't live in Surrey!
