The last 3 years have been a rollercoaster of a ride which has seen us overhaul our business strategy, examine our expenditure with a fine lice comb, evaluate our inhouse systems and refocus our sales and marketing objectives.
No doubt, we are now better equipped, leaner, better positioned and a more focused business.
But we are still not finished... in fact I have come to the conclusion in the current market that evolving the business in in perpetual motion.
For example...
Once a year, for the past 4 years we have scrutinised our fixed overheads and systems to ensure expenditure is maximised. Every year we evaluate our business plan to see where we are in realtion to where we want to go. Every year we access new product to freshen our proposition to new and exisiting clients.
For a small business such as ours, these are major disciplines, which are time consuming but very neccessary.
