Dear Members,
It's nice to meet you all, albeit virtually so far.
As Energy Consultants advising on the most economical ways to increase energy efficiency, we at eco-economix find ourselves constantly upgrading our qualifications and certification.
As part of this on-going process we are embarking on further certification at the moment. In 2-3 weeks time we will need to carry out 4 further Non-Domestic Energy Performance Certifications for Level 4 commercial buildings (any commercial building with more than 100kW of heating system or 20kW of cooling system, or both).
If your commercial building falls into this category, eco-economix will carry out your Energy Performance Certification free of charge, yes, FOC; you will have your full and properly audited EPC in the normal way, but without paying for it. This will save you the hundreds of £ it would normally have cost your business.
If you or anyone you know could benefit from this cost saving, please let me know. Only 4 buildings will be done FOC unfortuntely, but for these 4 buildings/businesses and eco-economix it is win-win. We are based in Esher, where we have lived for these last 14 years.
