In short, why don't business managers have the same opportunity as pilots, surgeons and other professionals that are responsible and accountable for critical decisions? Smart Boardroom business simulation game events encourage each team to have as broad a profile as possible. Experiencing the benefits of having different perspectives in the decision-making process proves the principle of diversity driving innovation beyond doubt.
The simulation builds confidence and expertise by providing an opportunity to run a "virtual company" in a competitive market. Participants learn through realistic experience about business principles and practices, developing and improving skills in risk assessment, strategic planning and decision-taking.

We are inviting prospective Affiliates and Partners to take part in a Smart Boardroom event at a concessionary rate.

You will join a team tasked with taking over a company in a competitive market. You will experience the consequences and successes of your policy decisions but with several trading periods compressed into a few hours. Those taking part invariably leave with ideas that can improve real-life businesses - and the confidence and determination to make them happen!

Between trading periods, teams will gain an insight on emerging business trends from existing Affiliates and/or Partners. Our primary purpose with this event is to meet those interested in promoting their business expertise at future events targeted at the wider business community. Your mission, should you choose to accept it, is to evaluate the Smart Boardroom and tell us how you would use it!
