Networking Lunch followed by Shiatsu Massage Sessions at Forsyth

Come along to an informal networking event with our Business Centre companies in our Walton on Thames centre - and enjoy a relaxing massage!
At our fantastic value networking lunch you will meet other local business people to share ideas and experiences - and you can enter our free business card draw for a bottle of fizz!
Pre-book your Shiatu Massage session with experienced Shiatsu practitioner and NiS Member Liz Kendall .
Shiatsu uses pressure points, gentle movement and stretches to release physical tension while relaxing the mind. This effective form of massage is an ideal treatment if you experience pain in your neck, back and shoulders, feel tired, stressed, or just need some pampering. Shiatsu is given fully clothed and no oils are used so it's easy to integrate into your working day.
COST: £2.50 including lunch
Optional massage sessions: 15 minute treatments for £10 and 30 minutes for £20
BOOKING: Please confirm via email before 25th November & please make a £2.50 payment per person at reception along with a preferred time for massage if required.

In the run up to our networking event I am pleased to announce we are building up an exciting list of attendees including:
