Our speaker is online marketing expert Nancy Williams of Tiger Two. She trains businesses large and small in how to make the most of social media to attract customers and promote their on-line reputation. Nancy's presentation this evening is: 'So I get Twitter...Now What?'

This talk is designed to help you take the next step into really getting a return out of your social media activity. Nancy Williams is a social media expert, who is at the forefront of what's next in social media. Her company, Tiger Two, is a social media training company and consultancy, with an emphasis on e-learning. Since 2005, it has been teaching businesses how to use social media effectively to attract more customers and manage their on-line reputation.
