This is the fourth of our monthly 4M meeting - Members Mini Master Mind. How have you got on with the commitments you made last month. Have you met regularly with your business buddy?

Each month, members will commit to the group to take action and will pair up with another member so they can hel-p each other deliver on those commitments. Action and accountability - two powerful ways to drive your business forward.

What is a Mastermind?

I have taken part in a number of Mastermind type groups. One even came up with the name for my motorhome business. The concept of the Mastermind Group was formally introduced by Napoleon Hill in his book "Think and Grow Rich". He described the Mastermind principle as: "The coordination of knowledge and effort of two or more people, who work toward a definite purpose, in the spirit of harmony."

It’s a synergistic effect where the result is greater than the sum of them parts. It’s most effective when you put together a bunch of bright business owners and that’s just what we have in the Hub. So in this session we will take a challenge or problem from 4 members, and together, we will come up with solutions.

Guests and members from other Hubs can attend and participate, but only Guildford Hub members can put forward the challenges. In my experience, you often learn more from the solutions to other people’s challenges than the solution of your own challenge so don’t be put off participating.
