At the Guildford Hub we always state our meetings are not networking events. Our events are all about education, collaboration and inspiration. Networking happens though because it occurs naturally whenever you put a bunch of enthusiastic business owners together. What we don't do is the formal "stand up for 60 seconds and tell us about your business" round that most networking groups follow.

However, at the Hub we have a range of fantastic businesses and you get to know about each other over tea and coffee and during the breaks. It’s our informal networking approach. But that means you might not know some really interesting stuff about some of our members' businesses. That is why we are holding regular member spotlight sessions this year.

4 members, 4 businesses and 4 sets of ways you can all help them grow and develop their businesses. From each session I'll be working with each spotlight member to create some social media/website collateral they can use to promote their businesses.
