To achieve that you need to understand your target market really well and break your customers down into specific groups or niches that share a common set of attributes. In marketing speak, each group and the associated attributes is called a customer avatar. 

This talk is for anyone that wants an insight into how to create one or more customer avatars for their business.

About the speaker:
Allen is a Farnham Hub VIP best known for his LinkedIn and social media training and coaching. Allen’s background is in project and programme management consultancy and training but he also has property businesses and a motorhome hire business. Each of Allen’s businesses have distinct sets of customers across multiple niches which means he has had to create quite a few customer avatars.
