Communication is a huge failure point for businesses and life generally. In this workshop & talk you will learn how to manage customer expectations, get the information you require and to make sure your customers understand your needs to deliver the best outcome for them.

Venue – All our events take place at Kokomo, Millbrook Guildford, Surrey GU1 3YA (the former site of the Bar des Arts)

There is ample car parking in Millbrook and Debenhams Car Park opposite the venue.

Schedule – The talk starts at 10am but why not join us for breakfast/coffee from 9am and get to meet some of our other members? After the talk we have Q&A and discussion and then the morning concludes by noon. We guarantee you will grow your network, learn up to date business skills and have at least one take away that you can action in your business straight away.
