At the start of the year at the Guildford Hub we split the year into quarterly themes. The theme for Q3 is making hay while the sun shines. Or in other words, how to make sure your business makes money while you and your customer base go on holiday.

The bad news is this won’t happen just because you want it to. You have to do some work to make it happen. That requires a plan, so this session is all about creating that plan. It’s going to be a practical, working session and you will leave with a plan. If you book early you’ll get the prep-work to make the session more valuable. Book late and you’ll be behind the curve but at worst you’ll leave with a plan for the plan.
