ECX100 Networking Events

These events are some of the biggest networking opportunities around, intended to rapidly grow your network, with up to 100 businesses in the room for the sole purpose of making new and useful connections. They are ticketed networking events, which are open to businesses of ALL sizes. These events bring together the key-players in a region, offering you the opportunity to promote yourself to your prospective customers, and potentially pick up some great suppliers along the way too.

The Agenda

6.00 – 7.00 AM   

• Arrive, free-flow networking, grab breakfast.

 7.00 – 11.00 AM  

• The Networking Event commences. Time is allocated for every attendee to promote their business to the room.
• Next, there is 1 hour for free-flow networking, enabling you to connect with the businesses that YOU feel are most relevant to YOUR business.
• We know you will not be able to connect with everyone in the room on the day. To maximise your time, we bring everyone back together, giving you the opportunity to name those you’re intending to connect with after the event. This is designed to facilitate 121s.

N.B. Bottomless tea, coffee, water and juice is available for all attendees from 6am to 11am. After this time, hot and cold beverages can be purchased from the bar.

The Cost

The early-bird ticket is £15.00 which includes breakfast and bottomless tea, coffee, water and Juice. If you miss the early-bird ticket, the ticket price is £25.00.

What do I need? 

• Yourself – dress smartly/in business attire. (Please note, we have a no-jeans policy and, for Health & Safety reasons, no open-toed shoes or bare feet are permitted.)
• Business cards and marketing materials. (Please note, roll-up banners or similar are not permitted for non-members/visitors.) You can place your business cards & marketing materials on the marketing table in the room, for all attendees to pick-up. You’ll also want a good supply of business cards in your pocket/bag to hand-out during conversations with other attendees.

 At the venue: 

• There is complimentary onsite parking. Please register your vehicle at reception to prevent a parking fee.
