But business owners like us can cultivate resilience in order to survive these events, learn from them and grow stronger each time.

In this first of three 60 minute workshops Julian will show us how to use the business vision as a means of building resilience into overall business strategy. He'll be looking at mindmapping and mind modelling and demonstrating how to create a reliable visual reference for our business strategy. This reliable visual reference keeps us on track when adverse changes occur and makes us more likely to survive and thrive.

You will have a chance to revisit (or create) your business vision and learn some easy techniques to create a clear business strategy that is easy to follow. You will build on to that a clear visual guide that will help you make the right decisions first time around but also help you get the business back on track quickly if you do move off course.
