He provided technical analysis using state-of-the-art technologies and developed and delivered training to high-level producers within the organization across the UK, Europe and the Far East. His passion for technology and the internet along with his desire to help "the little guy" led to the development of Automated Marketing Systems. Charles recognized that small business owners typically needed help with the three most critical activities in business: Lead Generation, Lead Conversion and Client Fulfillment. He also knew that keeping the solution simple would give small business owners the edge in growing their businesses.
