In running his own business, Charles quickly came to realize that the three business activities that he had to get right to produce income and grow, were to do with Generating Leads, Converting Leads, and Client Fulfillment (building customer loyalty). In this session he will share with you what he has learnt about creating a system to manage these three business activities.

- Why your mailing list is your number 1 asset and how to go about building a substantial mailing list of your own. - Why keeping it touch repeatedly is critical and how to go about doing this. - Why automation is key, and what this means in terms of building a system and a business.

Event Speaker Charles Moore

Before starting Automated Marketing Systems, Charles spent 17 years in the world's leading investment bank as a Vice President in Bond Portfolio Analysis, generating over 7 Billion dollars over a 10-year period. He provided technical analysis using state-of-the-art technologies and developed and delivered training to high-level producers within the organization across the UK, Europe and the Far East. His passion for technology and the internet along with his desire to help "the little guy" led to the development of Automated Marketing Systems. Charles recognized that small business owners typically needed help with the three most critical activities in business: Lead Generation, Lead Conversion and Client Fulfillment. He also knew that keeping the solution simple would give small business owners the edge in growing their businesses. Charles is an Act certified consultant and reseller, a member of the Mastermind Marketing Consultants Group, and a reseller for Northwoods, Swiftpage email and Activator.
