Matt is also known as the "Socialmediaphobe's Best Friend" and is an expert on SEO Optimisation and 'unlocking' knowledge on what the internet is saying about your company! The overriding message will be about the fact that Social Media is just a tool, that online networking is still about people-to-people interaction, and listening is the first stage in forging relationships, and creating opportunities in Social Media.
