Event Description

Ship Hotel, Weybridge

We are very proud to announce that NiS Member Stewart Graham of Avalon Solutions, Woodham will be our Guest Speaker.

Stewart GrahamStewart is a successful business and executive coach, a mentor to business managers and a well known speaker/author. He has coached many senior managers in business, including head teachers, deputy heads and senior leadership teams in schools and has a "no preconceptions, no judgements, just conversation" approach which has gained him acclaim. His topics (yes, you get two for the price of one!) for tonight's presentation are:
Why pitching Is Not About You
How many times have you sat listening to a pitch and learnt everything about the company but nothing about how you will benefit from working with them? Pitching is about focusing, instantly, on the benefits they get from working with you. Think 'what does the customer want' when creating the pitch and you will focus on them.
How to sell without selling

Does your company sell to its customers 24/7? Does the way you interact with your customers sell your company 24/7? Does the way you interact with your internal customers (staff) sell your company 24/7? You can sell goods and services to customers, internal and external, even when you're away and asleep, simply by focusing on exceptional customer service and what they want. COST £6 meeting fee for Ecademy Members and Non-members - all welcome!
