In SPRING the clocks 'spring forward' (and in AUTUMN they 'Fall' back) so today 1 am becomes 2 am. OK - will you lose an hours sleep? Or get up later than usual and have a little lie in... because you're worth it?!

- Good Friday: Friday 30 March.
- Easter Monday: Monday 2 April.
- Early May bank holiday: Monday 7 May.
- Spring bank holiday: Monday 28 May.
- Summer bank holiday: Monday 27 August.
- Christmas Day: Tuesday 25 December.
- Boxing Day: Wednesday 26 December.
...and clocks go back Sunday 28 October
