Following the success of our first event in January we are holding another fantastic evening of Networking, some speed networking, and a fabulous guest speaker Alex Phillips' from Inside Edge Performance Coaching.

As the skipper of the yacht Quadstone in the 2000 BT Global Challenge, known as “The World’s Toughest Yacht Race”, Alex developed a group of amateurs into a high-performing team and led them to victory against the odds. The knowledge gained through working with amateur teams, throughout her seventeen years at sea, has been readily transferred into the sports performance coaching world and she now helps individuals and teams achieve their sporting goals.
