Tom Wavre, The Working Mind

Tom Wavre is the founder and owner of both Iam1in4, a global anti-stigma mental health campaign and The Working Mind who provide mental health in the workplace solutions. He is an engaging and inspiring mental health public speaker who has spoken at conferences across Europe with great success. His background is within the construction sector having worked at a senior management level with global names such as Würth, Rawlplug and most recently Fortune 200 company ITW.

The Working Mind is dedicated to tackling the stigma that surrounds mental health. We do this by creating working environments that ensure both positive employee well-being and excellent company performance.
