Beginner Adult Art Workshops at Farncombe Boat House,Godalming

These three 'Portraiture for Beginners' adult art workshops will consist of 3-hour tutor-led sessions on three consecutive evenings - Tuesday 14, Wednesday 15 and Thursday 16 September from 6pm to 9pm.

The workshops, tutored by local artist Jo Quigley are for people with an interest in learning basic portrait techniques using materials such as pencil, pastel and charcoal. Materials will be provided, and works produced from these sessions will be exhibited on the Godalming Borough Hall on the 25th September, where visitors will be able to vote for their favourite piece of work. The beginner artist with the most votes will be given an art themed hamper as a prize.

COST: £2.50 per session, including materials
