Surrey named as UK dogging capital... yikes!

Not all the blog posts in NiS are serious business stuff - witness my two recent posts about Surrey Hills, the forthcoming reality TV show about the rich young things of Elmbridge which apparently is our very own answer to The Only Way Is Essex!

I couldn't resist posting a link to this story on This is Surrey (which you've probably seen already) about a form of networking which definitely won't be featured on the site. It certainly raised an eyebrow or two down here at NiS Towers...

"SURREY been named as the UK’s 'public sex capital' after a national newspaper found it contains almost half of the country’s recorded 'dogging' sites.

According to information released to the Daily Mail following a Freedom of Information Act request, the county contains 93 sites known to police as dogging hotspots, with a total of 222 recorded in the whole country.

The district of Guildford leads the way with 16 sites, with Reigate and Banstead recording 13 and Mole Valley in third place on 12."
