- I work as a parenting and empowerment coach, I've found that they go hand in hand. I work with families that are having challenges with their children and need a helping hand to find a strategy to tweak sleeping, eating and behavioural issues. I also coach "mums" that are returning or starting work after having children by helping them in that transition period.
