Pregnancy is a wonderful experience for most mothers. Unfortunately for some, the end of pregnancy can bring on a range of emotions which contribute to or cause post-natal (postpartum) depression! Emotions include ‘insecurity, diminished self-esteem, feelings of inferiority (the baby is more important), lack of freedom and sudden dependence on others’.

Hi Yuliana, I just saw you on NiS so just wanted to say hello and congratulations on the birth of your daughter and new business! It would be lovely to catch up soon. I'm a long time business associate & friend of Keith Grover with no commercial interest whatsoever with NiS (although I've applied recently for the new 'enhanced' membership & hope to be accepted shortly!!)
However, this introduction (apart from another 'friendly' welcome) is simply to advise that you will receive a 'friend' request from me soon.
