Now that your profile is live, it would be great if you could take a moment to post your photo in place of the 'anonymous silhouette' provided by the software within 48 hours please! On that note, I think the lovely one you have on your About Us page is really too large a filesize for practical web use - at nearly 3MB it makes for a very slow page build.
