Hi, Firstly thank you for taking the time to look at my profile
A bit about me
My Career started in Social Housing where I spent 17 years working with people from all lifestyles from the Homeless through to Victims of Domestic Violence & Anti-Social Behavior.
Much of my work was carried out on large Housing Estate's often with many social issues, I worked alongside Tenants & Tenant Associations encouraging good working relationships between them also a number of outside agency's .
Worked on many regeneration projects with large budgets and timescales .
I also worked as a mediator for a couple of years within the company which at times proved challenging .I enjoyed being able to help and empower people with values and beliefs,helping them take control of there life's and the enviroment around them...so they could make the changes & choices needed for a better quality of life.
When people believe in themselves there is no end to what they can achieve.
So it was a natural progression to go into Coaching
I moved into Life Coaching and NLP in 2008 and in 2009 decided to coach Women Only .
My clients WHO are they !
My clients come from all walks of life , various back ground and with many many different issues from Weight management to Relationship issues to Motivation and Stress to name a few .
These days many women Multi task running homes,bring up the family AND work full or part time and we often lose sight of who WE are-it's easily done .
And at the other end of the spectrum are the women that are dealing with great voids in there lives, as there children leave home
No kids to run around after anymore ,cook for,wash for or taxi around don't worry -I can assure you they do still bring there washing home !
My aim as a Life Coach is to help women take control back there life's ,gain self esteem & confidence , manage every day issues more effectively and productively ,deal with issues in a constructive manner and become more assertive ,set and achieve goals -Know yourself, Be happy with yourself , Love yourself .
