Yoga and healing therapies are my passions. Yoga can help ....whether you are coming because stress, fatigue, back/neck/shoulder/... pain, or because you "just" wish to feel better.
Additionally to Yoga therapy I provide Healing sessions . I believe that your body has got the capacity to heal itself , but sometimes it is lost or has forgotten how to do it. In my healing sessions, I focus on helping you healing yourself, I use various techniques from the Tao and tantra traditions , bodywork such as massage , breathing , meditation or energy practices.
