- Surrey First Aid Training Ltd is a award winning leading provider of exceptional First Aid, specialist health and safety training. Our Company was founded back in 1990 by our Company Director Jane Pearce. At the time two large training charities dominated the training industry. Jane noticed a need for a First Aid training company who provided the same quality training, but with more flexibility for the customer, a focus on cost effective training solutions and the demand for exceptional training and friendly customer service. Surrey First Aid Training was brought to life!
Since then, with over a decades worth of experience delivering First Aid training, we now offer a wider range of approved courses in every aspect of the Health and Safety at Work Act (1974), for a broad range of clients from large companies to small businesses, government agencies and the NHS, community groups, sports and leisure centres, schools, nursery schools, parents and even Kim Robson from the Eagle Radio! We are proud to say that to date, we have trained over 450,000 delegates in first aid, not just from Surrey but as far away as Hong Kong.
We have been Health and Safety Executive approved since the beginning in 2000 and successfully held our HSE license (77-00) for over ten years. We are a member of the Chartered Institute of Environmental Health and our First Aid courses are endorsed by Ofqual. These days we spend most of our time providing training for government contracts, as well as small and medium size businesses. We are always pleased to offer our expertise and experience through support and advice.
We are very proud of our exceptional reputation which we have gained over the years and believe this is down to our highly experienced and dedicated training team. All our trainers are ex emergency services personal, army and navy nurses and medics, remote and expedition advanced first-aiders, ambulance service first responders, emergency medical technicians, healthcare clinicians and doctors. All our trainers have many years in training to reinforce the years of clinical experience and we always ensure our trainers have full DBS checks when we are sending them to our clients who work with vulnerable people. We also have an excellent office support team, who are always very pleased to provide any information, support, advice that you may need at the point of booking or after your course.
