What are you REALLY trying to achieve

It’s a really good question. And it is one, albeit sometimes indirectly and in different words, hat I often get asked when I chat to people about their businesses.

I have done a number of 1:1s this year with local members and I was chatting to Nige recently about the structure that he uses when he does his 1:1 session. Now if you have had a session with Nige you will know just how useful and insightful these are. When we were chatting however it was a bit surprising just how simple his “formula” is in getting right down to the nub of the solution in just 20 minutes. 

I am delighted then that we are running March local meeting based around Nige’s (not so) secret formula. For getting businesses from where they are to where they want to get to. Essentially it boils down to 3 very simple questions BUT (as is usually the way with most things in business) you do have to think HARD to make sure you get the right answers.

I think March’s session will be the simplest, most thought provoking and most useful, and we have ever run. I know that is a big promise but I think if we all “pull together” on this one we can all leave the sessions with our businesses in a very different place that they were when we came in!
