With nearly 10 years’ experience working as a Wills Trusts and Probate solicitor, Eilish will explain the importance of Wills and Lasting Powers of Attorney; her approach to life and death is both practical and sometimes humorous.

• Understand why people avoid making Wills, the consequences of not making one and how to avoid some fatal errors in “homemade Wills”.
• Get practical advice on how to deal with wayward family members, sound inheritance tax planning and guidance for business owners.
• Then there is Probate, Eilish will look at whether it is possible to do it yourself.
