We meet every month at our highly popular lunches that include open networking, guest speakers, business training and the opportunity to promote your own business - whether well-established or starting out.

Laura is an experienced communications consultant with knowledge of both business-to-business and business-to-consumer PR. She recently co-founded Sugrue Communications and in the past worked for one of the largest international PR agencies on some of the world's most famous brands.
