FREE Goal Setting Afternoon Workshop

As we restart the economy, we are supporting our local business community to get off to the best start possible.

We are holding a series of free workshops at the end of March and beginning of April to help you set your goals and plan for the forthcoming months and years.

The workshops will cover two areas; the first will help you set the best possible 5, 3 & 1-year goals for yourself and your business whilst the second we will help you set a 90-day plan for Q2 of 2021. If you are able to attend both workshops you’ll be able to ensure that your 90-day plan is driving towards your goals for the next 12 months and beyond.

Goal setting - your 5,3,& 1-year goals.

After this workshop you will leave with clear, implementable written goals starting with the next 12 months.

We will encourage you to set goals for 3 and 5 years, even if due to your experience of the pandemic means you are struggling with your motivation to think longer term. This session will significantly increase your likelihood of setting goals for these time-frames.

We will encourage you to think about your personal goals as we want you to have your business working for you rather than you just working for your business.

You will have a clear view of what it is you want to have, what you need to do to achieve these goals and consider any new skills or learning that you need for yourself or within your team to maximise the achievement of these goals.
