This is a hands-on interactive training meeting to help ambitious business owners Grow their Business.

It's a great opportunity to meet like minded ambitious local business people.

The 2 hour agenda is:

1 Welcome and brief Introduction of attendees to the group

2  Your successes this month - attendees can give a brief description of what they have achieved. Don’t worry if you don’t want to do so but if you do we would love you to share any insights with the group  

3  Delivering Happiness - How to WOW your customers by exceptional service - Working through Nigel Botterill’s workbook together

This is going to be very interactive with everyone encouraged to share ideas

4  Member of the Month – acknowledge a member who has made real progress with their business. If anyone can advise me of any success stories before the meeting that would be appreciated

5 What are you gonna achieve in the next 4 weeks:  Attendees will be encouraged to commit to one or two actions to grow the business

6   Further input from attendees if time allows
