R&A are really excited to be running an exclusive one day workshop: Changing the Way we Change for leaders at every level.

Colin Reeve and the R&A team will be guiding participants through a learning adventure, liberating the essence of leadership and making it available to everyone. This workshop’s not about survival – it’s about success, exploring, discovering and releasing all your greatness and talent.

You’ll see demonstrated and explore for yourself, new and exciting principles for success and turn them into powerful practices, immediately impacting your performance. You’ll leave with a toolkit of techniques and ways of thinking, feeling and behaving, that will enhance your leadership capability, presence and energy.
