Laughing Yoga at Hersham Village Hall
Laughing Classes [laughing yoga] - you may have seen this featured on TV's 'The rEal Marigold Hotel'. Upstairs at the Village Hall in Hersham every Thursday evening starting 17th March at 7.30pm Don't be shy!
All are welcome - please wear comfortable clothes and bring a bottle of water.
Come along join in and laugh yourself to life. You will feel great, release endorphins to lower your stress, and grow your chuckle muscles...
