Kingston Chamber Breakfast on the Thames

A fantastic opportunity to enjoy breakfast onboard one of Turk Launches iconic boats on Thursday 12th September 2013.

A delicious selection of hot and cold breakfast options will be served on board while we take a trip on the River Thames, network and enjoy the scenery. This event will include a talk by the Bank of England who will be joining us to do a presentation on the highly topical subject of banknote design.

There are a number of scientific/technical and artistic features which make banknotes fit for purpose – safe from counterfeiting, acceptable by the public and by businesses. But are they getting it right, do people like the “product”?, come and give them your feedback.
