Yvette Etcell – Director, Business Development & HR at Gavin Jones Ltd.  Gavin Jones is an integrated landscape construction and grounds maintenance business with a retail nursery, The Plantation, at their HQ in Addlestone, Surrey.  They are renowned for investing in their staff and achieved Investors in People standard February 2001, Investors in People Gold Standard of recognition November 2009 and were appointed IIP Champions in 2010!

Niki Rosenbaum –Bastows –

Niki Rosenbaum is Cultural Director for Bastows, a leading property restoration and redecorating company beautifying London’s most prestigious homes.

Since 2006 she has supported the team as they have grown, evolved, enjoyed success and weathered the odd storm. Niki has managed successful assessments for many accreditations and awards including Investors in People and securing them a place on two separate 2013 Family Business of the Year shortlists.

Niki is a Chartered Member of the CIPD and lives in London with her partner Steve. They have two teenage children, a haughty cat named Ron and a tolerant Border Terrier named Alastair.
