Meet Paul Turner, Dragon’s Den survivor, award winning local butcher and creator of the Alf Turner brand. Paul created the Alf Turner brand at his modest butcher’s shop in Aldershot, the same butchers shop his grandfather Alf opened in 1956 in his front room. Knocked back by Tescos in 2011 due to lack of funds for marketing Paul turned to the Dragons to help him build his dream.

With a little help from Peter Jones and a lot of support from his Twitter fans Paul has turned Alf Turner into a household brand in three years.
