Join us for an interactive session to help businesses understand the importance of a business plan.

Why should you come?
This session will give businesses the opportunity to work on their own business plans using the business model canvas. The Business Model Canvas is a very visual way to structure a business plan.

What will the result be?
An understanding of how the Business Model Canvas help you structure your business plans. Each attendee with receive a A3 copy of the Business Model Canvas to work on during the session and plenty of post it notes!

Who is it for? 
Business owners who have either never written a business plan, dislike writing long documents on Word, or have written one and it has been at the bottom of the draw for 6 months or more!

About the speaker:
Amanda is passionate about helping businesses succeed and reach their full potential. She has a strong local business network and is an expert in business funding.

Amanda has enjoyed a successful banking career since 2002. Her role is supporting SME’s within Surrey and Hampshire. She makes a difference within the local economy, by building professional relationships and helping businesses reach their goals.

Schedule – The talk starts at 10am but why not join us for breakfast/coffee from 9am and get to meet some of our other members? After the talk we have Q&A and discussion and then the morning concludes by noon. We guarantee you will grow your network, learn up to date business skills and have at least one take away that you can action in your business straight away.
