But you know how it is …sometimes just ‘click’ with some people and other times it can feel like an uphill struggle! Whether that’s people in your team, your suppliers, your customers – or even your friends and family. There seems to be no rhyme or reason to why some people just ‘get you’ – and the way you like to do things – and other frankly don’t.

It can make aspects of business VERY challenging. Working with a new client where you have very different operating styles. Or a new team member or key supplier that is proving to be a real challenge.

In this workshop, Louise will explain the DISC approach to personality profiling that you can apply to all sorts of situations. She will show you how it can be a REALLY simple and interesting tool to help you quickly understand how YOU operate and how you relate to the people you have dealings with. It really is a GREAT session! 

About the speaker

Louise runs her coaching practice Barefoot Trainers and is a fully qualified as a Personal Performance Coach from the Institute of Leadership and Management. She has had more than 20 years’ experience in training and coaching business people and now mostly works one-to-one with leadership teams in well-known - and not-so-well-known - businesses.
