About the speaker 
Toby is the founder of Rise.global – the success tracking network. Like being able to create your own Strava-style app, Rise.global provides a tool to engage and motivate their staff and customers with the power of personal analytics and the occasional leaderboard. He has also created awesome Facebook social games for Playstation, run Twitter games for media brands, created award winning serious games for FMCG recruitment, and has built successful gamification programs for sales teams and professional services firms.
