Guildford Hub - 90-day Planning
There's a saying in business that goes "what gets written down gets done".
That is never more true than your business plan. But even if you have a business plan for the year, is it detailed enough for you to know what you are going to do in the next 90 days?
This session will take members through a process to map out the next 90 days for their businesses and get detailed tasks and activities mapped out to drive them towards their 2020 goals.
