The Impact of Design

We are delighted to welcome Shona Easton of Shona Easton Design Studio to the Hub.  Shona has an inspiring business story to tell of how she has built an ethical business which has enabled over two hundred Indian women to supplement their family's income and send their kids to school.

In this talk, Shona will discuss the design process, the ups and downs of running your own business and how she made the leap from designing for other well known companies such as Next, Esprit, M&S, Banana Republic, Gap to running her own successful design label.

Venue – All our events take place at Kokomo, Millbrook Guildford, Surrey GU1 3YA (the former site of the Bar des Arts)

There is ample car parking in Millbrook and Debenhams Car Park opposite the venue.

Schedule – The talk starts at 10am but why not join us for breakfast/coffee from 9am and get to meet some of our other members? After the talk we have Q&A and discussion and then the morning concludes by noon. We guarantee you will grow your network, learn up to date business skills and have at least one take away that you can action in your business straight away.
