Do you want to run and hide when someone mentions planning?  The mere thought of it reminds you that you don't know how to plan and you absolutely cannot plan?

Or do you feel that you don't need to plan - things happen, who needs a plan and anyway, I don't have time for planning, I'm too busy doing - so I absolutely will not plan?

As Benjamin Franklin said:  "If you fail to plan, you are planning to fail!”

In this talk, we'll look at some of the consequences of not planning as well as the benefits of planning.  Then we'll share some tips on how to get you started.

There is ample car parking in Millbrook and Debenhams Car Park opposite the venue.

Schedule – The talk starts at 10am but why not join us for breakfast/coffee from 9am and get to meet some of our other members? After the talk we have Q&A and discussion and then the morning concludes by noon. We guarantee you will grow your network, learn up to date business skills and have at least one take away that you can action in your business straight away.
