Due to the success of our previous Breakfast Seminars, GetAhead VA and Nuggets of Learning introduce an exciting and innovative new programme of Breakfast Boost Sessions, launching on Friday 11th November.

Tickets are £15* per session, or £60* for the advanced purchase of all five sessions (*subject to V.A.T and processing fee)  

Friday 11th Nov '16:    Take Stock - evaluate how you're currently working

•  Look at the roles you have in life - are you fulfilling all of them?
•  Get to know yourself again
•  Create a pie chart to see where you're spending your time

Friday 2nd Dec '16:     Set Goals - what do you want to achieve?

• Identify 2 or 3 goals
• Be realistic as it must be motivating and not demotivating

Friday 6th Jan '17:    Boost your Power! - new rituals and habits

• Identify your routines that work and don't work
• Achieve 3 things a day that make the biggest difference each day

Friday 10th Feb '17:    Clear the Decks - identify relationships/tasks that do not add value

• Map out people that make you feel good and others who drain your energy
• Identify tasks that are rework

Friday 3rd Mar '17:    Get confident - find your authentic self

• Being you and enjoying being you
