FREE My Team Boardroom at The Fairmile

My Team Network is a thriving lunchtime networking group developed by Keith Grover, creator of Networking in Surrey, to multiply the power of individuals networking within a team framework and exploiting th espace between meetings. Our meetings are always overbooked, with a waiting list.

MyTeam Premier is a paid memership option that takes the concept to the next level. As business owners, we work together as non-Executive directors of each other's businesses, sharing our connections, expertise and experience to our mutual benefit.

We meet over lunch once each month, in a Boardroom format.

The first half of the meeting is open to Visitors looking to sample MyTeam Premier in action. As our format allows for just 12 attendees in total, we can only welcome a very limited number of pre-booked guests, on a strictly first-come, first served basis. 

The 90-minute open session is a 'hot-seat' Business Brainstorm, of the kind often practised in networking boardrooms or mastermind groups. 

During the session, we will be brainstorming solutions to business challenges. If you have a specific issue about any aspect of your business, and it is voted for as a 'hot-seater', the group will come up with suggestions and ideas that will give you new perspectives and helpful suggestions.

After lunch, our Visitors depart (at around 12.30) and the MyTeam Board continues its meeting. 

COST: FREE - Booking is essential... Everybody buys their own lunch or drink - you can get a decent lunch for around £6 (see sample menu)

Visitors who feel MyTeam Premier membership would be beneficial to their business will be invited during the session to submit an application to join us (no individual will be subjected to a recruitment 'sales pitch' - ever!)

Acceptance of a Membership application is subject to approval by a two-thirds majority of existing Members.
